Cathe ICE rotation - thoughts?

Hi,

I recently became interested in this rotation. Has anyone followed it through or did you sporadically choose workouts here/there? There's a lot of options with pre-mixes, so seems like it would be versatile.

Did you gain strength or are the workouts more metabolic?

Thanks!

I have been using the ICE series exclusively since January, but following my own rotation. I usually workout with the ICE dvds 4 to 5 days a week (average). It is a very versatile series, which I love!!

I have noticed strength gains with ICE. I almost always include a Muscle Meltdown with each workout. Rarely do I do the Blizzard Blasts, though (except for Low Impact Sweat - that BB!).

I did Cathe's ICE rotation in January and am currently doing the Level 3 Ice Rotation. This is my favorite series by Cathe! It is extremely versatile.
I love the blizzard blast options. There are a really clever way to push intermediate level exercisers and accommodate the advanced exercisers. The workouts are more metabolic in my opinion. I really like the way the strength training is 15 minutes per muscle group per day. I have see results in terms of strength gains and have better definition and fat loss. After following several of her official rotations, I have realized that I get pretty good results when I followed her official rotations as opposed to selecting workouts on my own.

I am almost finished with my 2nd month of ICE. I did Level 1 and now Level 2. I really enjoy the mismosh premixes with the MM throughout the WO. I have previewed but not done any of the BB. The BB will definitely take the WO up to an advanced level. This was my first Cathe purchase and I couldn't be more pleased!

I'm revisiting and doing a Level 2 rotation. I'm enjoying them a lot.
