Hi everyone,

I'm looking for any reviews of Miranda's 2003 Classical Stretch Osteoporosis Prevention dvd. I tried to search, but, came up empty. Does anyone remember this dvd ever being reviewed in detail before?

I never owned it but I did rent it from Kinetic Flix years ago. Honestly, I don't recall it being very good. Some of her movements were even contraindicative for someone with Osteoporosis. Amazon reviews are mixed:

Susie Hathaway's DVDs are much better for Osteoporosis prevention and have great reviews:

Thanks, Susie. Yes, I saw the amazon reviews, I was hoping someone here may have reviewed it in detail. A clip would be even better, it's just too old of a dvd. I own almost everything she has done, but never got this one.

Is she still selling the DVD on her website? I see it's $60 on Amazon.

I did find a video of parts or all of it online several years ago and I may have downloaded it but I don't know if I still have it. I will let you know if I find it.

Ok, thanks!. No, it's not on her website anymore. I mean I'm sure if I have most of her dvds, that the exercises are already covered in those, was just curious.
