Questions about Tracy Anderson Meta....

So recently, I've done the Tracy Anderson mat workout and the Tracy Anderson youtube rebound workout and...I loved them! I want more! So I have some birthday money am considering Meta but have some questions...

1. If I like the mat workout and rebounder, do you think I would like Meta?
2. If I tried Meta, I am not sure which centric to get....Technically I am a pear and considered Hipcentric, but I'm not that bothered about my curves and also considered omni centric. Does the Hipcentric adequately work out other areas like arms and upper body?
3. Do you think Meta is Tracy's best program and if not, what do you think is her best program?

I have some sealed Meta's for trade if you're interested. Haven't done any of them so don't have much info on that. What I do think I know: there isn't any cuing in these but there is cuing in some of her other workouts. I also think Meta is mostly all 4s work vs mat which has standing work as well.

Meta is similar to Mat but not really. Thew first workout of all Meta's is on Youtube and can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmqMgwxsPxk

Try it to see if you like it before you decide.

Hip is one of the easier Metas (not that they are easy, honestly) and Omni is the hardest - a lot more planks. All are great. You can get these from Bath and Body works for a lot less, and there are 20% off coupons, too.

Good to know on all counts. I'll have to check out B,B and Bodyworks cause we do often get coupons for them unless buff mama and I can work out a trade.

I didn't realize that some of the meta's were harder than the others. Hmmmm. Interesting information.

So you are saying that workout one is the same for all the meta's but then are they different after that?

Buffmama, I pm'd you about the trade possibility.

Workout 1 and 9 are identical for all Metas. The others are different. And honestly, I think it's the plank work that does the magic in the arms and abs. I adore TA. Lost 20 pounds with her.

Thanks and awesome results! Which meta did you do? Did you go on to continuity?

I think it's bed, bath & beyond, not bath & body works.
