What is most effective type of biceps curl?

There are many variations on biceps curls, but if you were only to do one type, which would it be? I'm having to cut down due to time constraints and I'd like to know which type would be the best choice?

I recently had to reduce the number of exercises per muscle group in my workout too.

I kept hammer curls and concentration curls, I find them most effective.

ACE just had an article on the most effective exercises. I'll try to find it for you.

In my opinion, if I were saving time, I'd do biceps curls as a set of crazy-8's... traditional and/or hammer style. Go as heavy as you can.

I was going to say Concentration Curls even before I opened the link to the ACE study. I always feel it when I do those! I also prefer wide angle curls over the traditional bicep and hammer curls.
