Result compariosn on TA

Can you tell I'm thinking about doing TA again? lol! I have a question - did you do TA as written - 10 times before moving on - or did you jump around and choose different workouts every day? What were your results either way?

Thanks for letting me know!

I'm back to doing TA on a consistent basis and I'm using mat beginner, PP2, PT. I'm doing whatever I feel like doing on any given day. I get so much dread with TA that I would just do whatever level strikes your fancy on any given day. You'll still see results because of consistency. Just my $.02

I completed Meta Omni and did each level in the sequence given. I mostly did each level 10 times but some I did maybe 7 before moving on. I too have been revisiting TA mainly because of her new beginner mat release. Got me interested again.

I lost 20 pounds and saw really good results with randomly doing them. I cannot do them 10 times (or even 6 times) before moving on. I even mix Abs, Omni, and Glute.

Yes it's that dread factor from having to do the same routine every single day for 10 days. But I enjoyed the one that I did last night and now I'm interested again.

I think I'll go back to TA when Insanity Max 30 comes out.

I just do them randomly, and make a note of my favourites, and come back to those until they become easy, then pick out some more.

For almost two years I did Continuity about 5 times a week, doing each workout 8-10 times before moving on to the next. I believe there are benefits in the repetition because you really learn the routine very well and you can better "perform" the moves (maximum extension, perfect form, etc.) On the other hand, I got so fed up with it that now I find it impossible to get back on the method. After reading that Sue and Phyllis have reconnected with TA through the new Beginner Mat, I ordered it and plan to try again...
