If I do a 30 minute workout I want one that is designed as such, not half of something that is supposed to be a complete workout.
I get this--It annoys me if I have to modify a DVD to make it what I want in a workout--I don't like to hunt through chapters, or skip ahead through sections, or stop and put a different DVD in... all of that breaks my stride while working out, which is a total mood and motivation killer for me. I want to put the DVD in and GO! I don't mind switching out one move for another move... but I hate having to stop and reset or think about what I'm supposed to be doing next. I have on occasion skipped sections of a workout if I'm short on time... but I always feel guilty about it. LOL And guilty and annoyed are not how I want to feel at the end of a workout!

the OTHER Paul Katami resistance band workout

I'm sorry I posted about an obsolete ExerciseTV Paul Katami resistance band workout and it's apparently hard to find.

It,'s not his "Band Camp" vids that shows up in segments on BeYouTV.

It's a shorter 21min total body workout that was featured on ExerciseTV where Paul is working out solo on the ExerciseTV set. I can't remember the original title but it was likely something like 'Total Body Resistance Band Workout' or something similar.

I've attached a picture of the workout opening scene. I paid to download it back when ExerciseTV was operating.

Hope someone can find this one on YouTube.

Found it!!

I finally found the Exercise TV Paul Katami band routine BUT I only had it dubbed on VHS. I was able to capture it to my hard drive with an Easycap dongle but have some editing to do before I can upload it. The tape was flickering alot. Got it to calm down by tightening it.

Stay tuned unless someone else finds it online before I finish.

Thanks to Dawn, I got to this clip before my vhs disintegrated.
The routine was uploaded to youtube in two parts because youtube sometimes limits videos to 15 minutes and I had to redo the second part after tightening up the vhs. I also uploaded it to Daily Motion and embedded it on my blog.

I found Paul Katami's entire Band Camp on YouTube, but there's no sound!

Thanks for the 21-minute one, Barb!

Thanks Barb!

You rock, Barb! Way to come through

I swear Paul K's stint on ExerciseTV got me started buying his workouts. His 'Beginner's Kettlebell' workout is an all-time fave of mine. And it's NOT a beginners routine by any stretch of the imagination.

The Firm has an older one (2006) with Tina Smalley that uses a resistance cord.
