Hi, yes, I have Travel Fit (and CLX mentioned above) but I'm looking for something 30 minutes rather than something I have to split up; but I guess i could find the time somewhere or double up and do 30 mins in the morning and another 20 or so later....

Thanks!

I ask this only because I genuinely have never understood this. Why do you have to finish the workout? Why can't you just do 30 minutes of it? I have TravelFit and regularly do the standing portion only due to time constraints. At that point, I've put in a little more than 30 minutes. It's a great workout.

If this doesn't work for you, then don't get it obviously. I'm just curious.

Because I think workouts are designed a particular way; to be completed as full workouts- otherwise why not issue them as 2 30-minute workouts, for example (as KCM does)?

If I do a 30 minute workout I want one that is designed as such, not half of something that is supposed to be a complete workout.

But of course YMMV.

Equally I don't want to modify a non-band workout into a band one. I like doing workouts as designed. Just the completist in me.

I can't remember if Travel Fit gives a good workout with the standing only bits (but I'm guessing one misses the abs?) But I'm sure that there are examples of other workouts wouldn't give a complete workout if you only did a bit of them.

Thanks, Ruby. That makes sense. I hope you find something that works for you.

Glad it makes some kind of sense! I know it sounds a bit strange; but I'm just not really a modifier and I like to do things as designed otherwise I feel a bit uncomfortable.

I'm sure I'd learn to get over it.

Yeah well, I'm the opposite end of the spectrum. I've never seen a workout that I couldn't modify! Different strokes for different folks.

I really liked the strength videos in the original P90. They're easy to follow and are good full-body workouts

Michele Carmichael has a 25 min band workout on her Jet fuel DVD. The other is a 25 min fit ball workout.
