How long is this workout? Dang. I do like PP1. There are so many good workouts being released.

Oh and just saw this posted over on the TA boards:

Quote:
We have discovered that there is in fact an error on the box, this isn't one of three workouts it's a stand alone workout. You can alternate the original along with Tracy's newest release once you get The OK from your doctor to start woking out again.
We do apologize for any confusion and will work on getting the cover fixed.
Bummer!!!

The leg/butt stuff is harder than PP1. More variety of moves including inner thigh. She doubles up the ankle weights on some moves. Its a much longer segment than on PP1. I felt like the arm work was better as well.

However, the ab work is waaaaaay harder on PP1. The abs are worked for about 6 minutes on PP2.

The workouts compliment each other well.

As to which is harder, that's subjective. I thought the new one was more difficult.

I did the arms and the abs along with my continuity workout the other day, and today I did the workout in its entirety. It's a keeper! The leg series is killer. I had to take a break or two (or three )

I have to say the arm series is amazing. The sequencing of the moves is wonderful. It lasts about 11 minutes.

Even though the abs portion is rather short compared to the leg series, Tracy really hits the core during the legs. Kind of what she does in the Pregnancy Project. That's another one that's deceiving... I did month 4 along with my continuity workout, and my hamstrings were on fire for three days

I'm a bit bummed about the fact that this isn't going to be part of a series, but like Debbie mentions upthread (or in another thread), it's great to have so many releases coming up.
