Your top 5 least favorite moves

It can be a cardio, weight training, yoga, barre, belly dancing, whatever move. What are your top 5 least favorite moves?

Mine are...
1) fast feet/football run. I swear I don't think my feet are meant to move that fast. I loathe these movements.
2) tuck jumps. I don't mind plyo moves. I actually kind of like them now. All except tuck jumps. The landing feels jarring somehow.
3) scorpion push ups. I'm getting pretty good at push ups. These just suck.
4) Chalene's 'house it' move. I'm not adverse to making an a$$ out of myself during cardio but this move really reinforces my non-funk vibe.
5) squats with the barbell in front, balanced on the collar bone/elbows. Just. Plain. Awkward.

What are yours?

1)Tricep dips and tricep push ups

2)side planks(mostly when u have to dip your hips)

3)I would have to agree with the football run/fast feet, but only bc I feel my buttox jiggling too much.....lol(but I'm working on that)

Burpees and side planks. Thanks to being on week 7 of an 8 week Tone it Up rotation, I can now do them and they have less dread. I still don't like them, though.

I dislike shoulder presses or push-ups. Also hate attempting to do pull -ups because I have a weak upper body and it doesn't seem to get any stronger.

Okay now I have to go see what a 'manmaker' is, lol.

I dislike:

Planks (but they work)
Side Planks (but they work, too)
Standing Chest Presses
TA cardio & TA inspired cardio (yes, I mean Addicted To Sweat).

ETA: Bulgarian Split Squats. I absolutely loathe them. I'd rather do one legged deadlifts.

1. Warrior 1
2. any squat with toes up in releve (big reason I dislike barre workouts!)
3. tricep dips/upright rows
4. fast feet shuffle move where you are in front of step and feet touch up
on the step really fast.
5. JUMPING JACKS!!

I used to hate tuck jumps but I've gotten much better at those since I made Horizontal Conditioning a regular part of my life. It requires a TON of core strength to make that landing soft!

Burpees
Tuck jumps
Squat thrusts
Tricep dips
Tree pose in yoga

Ab Hold / Sliding Bridge -- Not sure what this move is officially called but Jillian does it in Workout 2 of Ripped in 30. Jessica Smith also does it in one of her online workouts -- Best Abs Exercises for Women. It is an ab hold sliding up into bridge. Even with yoga blocks, i have trouble with this one!
