I agree with the earlier comment that there is nothing unique about the individual exercises themselves, and one thing that sold me on the set when I was worried if it was too much impact was that the exercises are all pretty straight forward, nothing complicated, and if you want to sub something I think that would be pretty easy to do. What is unique is her presentation and the overall format.

I had just started really seeing progress, so I was NOT about to stop and quite frankly, i felt so much better after i worked out. But those weeks, I couldn't do anything like moutain climbers or stuff on the floor. It hurt my head and ears, so for those-i did another standing cardio instead-High knees, scissors, jump rope. And it didn't slow my progress as all. I made sure what I did do, I gave it my all. So if it's just something like the mountain clibers that are keeping you on the fence, swap something else in.
Thanks so much for input, I feel my reserve falling-LOL!! My husband said REALLY more we have no where to keep ALL those dvds!!He is just picking!! I think I can handle a few mountain climbers, lol!! I am think I might give it a try, thanks so much!!

And here is some opinion on Speed and Agility. I think this is a VFer, too.

http://www.huffandbuff.com/2012/10/1...d-and-agility/

Within the thread above, IrishOT summarizes the breakdowns by DVW:
On this thread DVW posted breakdowns as follows:

Page 8: Crazy Circuit Cardio & 10 Minute Total Body

Page 9: Kiss My Abs & Bicep Builder

Page 10: Total Body Transformer & Ab Shredder/Complete Core & Lean Legs

Page 11: Fusion Lower Body & Shoulder Shredder

Page 12: Ballistic Back & TKO Fat Blast

Hope that helps!

Let me know if you still like the workouts with the repeats. I don't like repeats.

There is repeats... but with the speed I barely have time to even notice it lol I didn't took breaks, just maybe to sip water quickly when needed. I went straight from one interval to the other. If someone is bothered by 3 sets per muscle group in general, I think JNL Fusion is not for them.

Is traditional bodybuilding weight training! Is more effective to do 3 consecutively sets of a exercise per muscle group in order to cause exhaustion. Doing one set of bicep curls and nothing else or doing a set and waiting 15 mins to do a second one is a waste of time IMHO I think the weight lifting is the main factor in these program. JNL highlight the important of weight training. Her body looks amazing and she do lift weights. Her "super spiking" system 30 sec of cardio bursts between sets is to maintain the HR up, burn more calories and create the after burn. Also, her flow of exercises is priceless. The muscle group you are working gets an extra kick during the cardio portion.

Upper Body Transformer is a Week 2 workout that works whole UB. I always worked on the 8 reps range with it, because the cardio portion is not intense as her Week 1 split routine. Lean Legs is also from Week 2 which I also worked on the 8 reps range. Speed & Agility is quite a recovery workout.

During Week 1 I worked on the 15 rep range. Her Week 1 split look identical as her Fitness Model routine that I linked up tread.

JNL Raw workout that I posted a while back. She's real! She's doing exersies that can be seen on the DVD's. I looked just like her while doing JNL Fusion. I don't look pretty when I work hard

A good one that I love it. JNL Fusion 6 month pregnant certified trainer working with a client at the gym. Same format as the DVD's.

She does repeat, but agree with Sharaz that I don't really notice it. It is just the three sets of each thing.
