Woodie, did you start with Meta? I'm close to finish Omni (finally!) and I'll do Hip right after. Every time I do the calculator thing I get Hip so I want to complete my "true" centric.

I lost inches and maintained my weight over the holidays

I'm only a couple of days in and I think I am jumping the gun. I want to do this other workout that I am just going to let myself do to get it out of my system (Buti).

I did the second week's workout tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is something about that first week that is just not appealing to me, but week 2 was fun. I'll stick with this one.

Woodie, there will be weeks that you will not like. Just skip it if it's a real dread factor for you. You can always go back to it and see if you feel the same way or if you still dread it. But, we all have had weeks that we just didn't care for.

Yes, there have been some wos that I didn't like. I skipped them after a few tries. I don't know if you're doing this but you can do other cardio so that you don't get TA burnout.

You're strong woodie! I remember how hard was level 2. All those crazy balance moves. I'm doing other cardio workouts, so that truly helps with the boredom. I can't believe I'm almost done with omni!
