That does seem odd? May I ask, everyone who's bought it or ordered it, are you guys pregnant or non-pregnant? I am just wondering how many non-pregnant people are doing the workout.

I'm not pregnant. I like the idea of the workout being broke up with sidelying work, I also want it for a light day or a day that I am too tired too do continuity. I also do her post pregnancy dvd every so often.

I'm not pregnant at the moment, though I think my husband and I will start trying late this year/next year. I've been meaning to add some arm sequences from the PProy to my current meta workouts, but this level is leaving me unable to lift my water bottle for a couple of minutes, so I guess it's just enough for me
I'm going to try all the workouts at some point, even if it's once a week to do something different to Meta

My sons are grown and I will never be pregnant again. I like TA and I thought it would be a nice break from Meta.
