Christina - I definitely bulk easy in the legs, and am Hipcentric. Do you think I should just avoid the Tel Aviv rebounder workout or both?

To the OP - I have done both and definitely find Tel Aviv to be harder. The new rebounder workout, for me, is harder to follow. Her rebounder seems to have a slightly softer (deeper/more) bounce than my el-cheap-o rebounder. I find myself done with moves before her and waiting slightly for TA to catch up with me :-)!! I also know that when I was doing the Tel Aviv workout weekly, my cardiovascular endurance improved a lot!

I have both (recorded the Tel Aviv one off of Youtube) and love both...I love that Tel Aviv has its own music...I love that the new rebounder workout uses different moves...both are good workouts...I've never found them to be bulking (and I did Tel Aviv for a looong time, about 5-6x a week)...as a matter of fact I found quite the opposite to be true.

I love this one. I just got it yesterday. It's more meditative then her Tel Aviv routine. I hope that makes sense? I just zone out for the 30 minutes, but still put some 'oomph' behind the moves! I find the opposite to be true as well. I find that running is more bulking for me than Trampoline work...

Carrie- I stopped doing the Tel Aviv workout after she released Trampoline because I prefer the production values and it was a lot easier to follow her moves (I could never got the jump splits in the end of the Tel Aviv video). I think it'll depend on whether you believe her "Tel Aviv is bulking" speech. If it has increased your cardiovascular endurance and you haven't noticed any bulking, then I suggest you stick to it, do whatever makes you happy!

I have a cheap rebounder and want to get something better to do TA with.

I don't really want an urban rebounder because I want a quiet one.

Anyone using a bellicon or a jumpsport for these?

I use a Jumpsport and absolutely love it...would never consider going back to my cheaper rebounder.

Ugh this so hard to decide. I think the jumpsport has a better bounce to match TA but people in the Bellicon thread seem to love the Bellicon!

I'm always a few jumps behind with my Junpsport but honestly I don't mind at all because the bounce is sooo wonderful and I still get a fantastic workout ... however, I don't blame you for wanting a Bellicon...if I could afford it I'd definitely get one!
