Which Sufferfest Workout to Start With?

Just got my iTouch and can't wait to download a workout to watch on Apple TV. This will be my first download ever -- and hopefully, not the last! Anyhow, I was trying to decide between Revolver, Downhill Spiral, or Local Hero. I do like intervals, and would love to know which one you really enjoyed the most (even if it's not one of those three!) The music on the samples sounds absolutely awesome.

Many thanks!

I like them all, but since Local Hero is the longest, it is the best value so maybe start with that one? I have used it and stopped before the end when I've been pressed for time. Short intervals make it easier to do that without feeling like your workout was incomplete.

I'll admit, I was brave & jumped in head first and ordered the entire series! I love them all and my spin dvd collection (which is rather extensive...) is now collecting dust! Sufferfest workout are so much more fun!!!!

Thanks, Adrien. The "short intervals" comment got me, and I'm going to try downloading that one now. Since this is my first download, and my first experience with iTouch, it's going to be an interesting morning!

I love Sufferfest workouts. My favorite so far is Revolver. I purchased Downward Spiral last week and hope to do it today. Let us know how you like them.

I think you probably can't go wrong. We have Angels and The Hunted and they are both great workouts. We also bought both add-ons, but I haven't done those yet.

I knew this would happen to me. Downloaded file and extracted it, opened iTunes, and clicked Add file, and then Local Hero, and then Open. When I went to iTunes to sync it in Movie section, there's a box to check next to Local Hero, but no check mark will go into the box, so I couldn't sync it. Guess I'll have to stop at Apple store to see if they can solve this.

I'm really having a Sufferfest morning!!!!

I've successfully downloaded (yeah, it's a long time since my last post!) Local Hero and Revolver. I thought I'd love Revolver as I love 30 second or one minute intervals, but really, really disliked it. I didn't care for the indoor track sprints or the carrying-your-bike-through- mud sprints and wish the "rest period" interval scenery was throughout the whole workout. So far, I think Local Hero is great.

Was wondering about the 20 minute add-on. Is that steady pace throughout or is it broken up? Also, is there another workout that has intervals, and people on the sidelines, and outdoor scenery (all the time).

Thanks for helping me spend more money!

Can you use an elliptical for these?

Fit44: Yes, I think you could use an elliptical. The video is all bike racing, but I think the elliptical would work just fine.

We have The Hunted and Angels and both are very good. We want to get more
