I really, really appreciate everyone who replied to my post. Not only am I thankful for the workout recommendations, I'm glad you all explained why you made the suggestions you did. It helped me better understand the differences between each workout series.
I signed up for the streaming service. And, after scrolling through all the workouts suggested within this thread, I decided to spend the next two weeks starting off with one of Cathe's live classes--the Strong Total Body workout. Then I'm going to move on to Pure Strength. I'm not sure how long to stick with PS, but once it's time to move on, I have a feeling Slow and Heavy would come next followed by Total Body Trisets.
And this all begins tomorrow, April 1st.
