Yes, Another TA Question

I just dabble in TA occasionally but I usually enjoy the workouts I do I just don't stick with anything too consistently. I really enjoyed the chair workout on her newer Beginner's Mat workout and I really felt it some mid-glute muscles. I'm thinking I enjoy her standing work better than her mat work. Which of her dvds would you recommend that are all or mostly standing work, particularly standing legs and abs. TIA

The original Mat workout is really nice, even though--huge pet peeve--it is not chaptered. The standing abs section is good and she does legs with the chair. It's an hour, and I usually do a couple sections at a time. The arms section is especially great.

If you like her standing work, I recommend Perfect Design Series II. It is a great workout. EXCELLENT leg/glute and ab work. Even though the arm section is not lengthy, it still works my arms fairly well. This is because there are a few positions in somewhat plank position that get the arms warmed up well, causing the arm section at the end to be more challenging than it would be otherwise.

I love when someone recommends something you already have!

Her Perfect Design series has standing work and chair work, especially PDS #2.

Her Pregnancy Project has a lot of standing and chair work and the second trimester workouts are all about lifting the glutes. I would rate the intensity at low intermediate and solid intermediate. They are definitely not as easy as you would think

Thank you so much! I have this set also () and was wondering what was involved with these workouts. They actually sound perfect for what I was looking for. I appreciate it.

Thank you all again for the suggestions and info. And none of these great suggestions involve any purchasing or trading on my part. LOL.
