TA Cardio Duration Question
I recently noticed in one of my DVDs that TA says not to do any more than 1 hour of her DC per day. Does anyone know why this is her recommendation? For instance, I may want to do more than that per day (splitting it up) which doesn't sound like it would be harmful. So, I was surprised to hear her recommend against more cardio.
Would love to hear your feedback on this. FYI, my goal is to get as lean as possible for the summer which is why I'm kicking up the cardio.
