A friend of mine is doing Year 4 right now and I got a chance to briefly preview them.
They look TOUGH! Tracy uses hand weights, bands and ankle weights for most of them. There are also exercises where she has fashioned the ankle weights with the bands like a weighted vest resting on your back- it may be easier to just get a weighted vest, because it looked a little too complicated -lol !
Tracy is not in a studio but outdoors at a nice spa , very beautiful background setting
The workouts are 60 minutes or a bit longer, the cardio is also a bit longer 30-40 minutes and was also filmed outdoors.
My friend will be on Year 4 - Months 4-6 by mid-December.
