Any more reviews/results on these?
Do you think these mat segments will help strengthen the hip flexors for her on-all-fours work?
I used to be able to do TA but then stopped and I have absolutely no idea why but whenever I do her Meta or PT workouts my left hip hurts while I walk for the next few days
I assume it's a matter of weak hip flexors - anyone else have this problem? How did you conquer it?
