C. Girvan- Iron Series Day 2- Shoulders, Back, & Chest.
C. Girvan- 15 minute burning bicep workout (March 30, 2021)

I had energy and felt short-changed with my biceps so I added the second CG workout. Yes, my biceps were burning!

You can really see the difference between CG & Vera LaRo when it comes to arm work. Vera often just uses 10 pounds for arms, sometimes heavier, but nothing like the poundage CG uses.

The first 3 bodyweight toning routines (squats, bridge, abs) were tough for me. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed them. Due to some upper body pain/injury, I need to limit my use of heavier dumbbells. I've been experimenting with workouts that use lighter weight or only use bodyweight.

Olivia Lawson- 8000 steps walking workout. 10 minutes in I wasn't feeling this workout and wanted to do something more intense. So...I pulled out some KCM DVD's.
KCM- Step Boxing 2- Workout 2- I think this workout is better than workout 1.
KCM- Body Design- Cardio Bootcamp- This is a tough little 15 minutes!

[B]wendug/B] - I have some Oliva Lawson workouts that I want to do. I have not done one of her workouts yet.

Tonight I did:
CG's 5 minute warm up then Iron Day 5: Arms & Abs (Biceps and Triceps) - I'm really enjoying the Iron Series.
Reps to the Rhythm HiiT Walk #7 - i didn't consider this a HiiT workout at all, but I'm trying to increase my cardio capacity. He and his mom are so cute working out together.
CS Season 14: Episode 1 Full Body Alignment - I really liked this one.

No workout today. When I'm stressed out (I've tried other careers and always come back to special education), I have a hard time making myself workout. My goal for this week is as follows:

Monday: Iron Series Day 6
Tuesdday: Iron Series Day 7
Wednesday: Iron Series Day 8
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Iron Series Day 9
Sunday: Cardio
Monday: Irons Series day 10

Monday is a big IF becasue I have to have a mommogram and ultra sound in the side that is still bruised from my accident (found a lump).

I was going to workout yesterday, but my PMS was so bad and I was tired so I took a nap instead. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body!

Caroline Girvan- Iron Series Day 3- Glutes I made it. But those single leg hip thrusts were killing me!
B. Syuki- 12 minute walk at home workout (Oct. 3, 2020) I just needed to move my legs a bit after all that glute work!

Gigi- I worked in education for many years, but in the administrative offices (worked in HR and business office, also the principal's office). I always said the hardest working employees were those that worked in special education. Bless you for working in that field!

Today was the day to break out some seldom used gadgets!

I did a 20 minute cardio workout on my Step 360 (Cardio Combo). I know why I never do this...it is so boring!

Also The Firm's Wave- Rock Solid Cardio. I like the wave in the inverted position for weight work, but not cardio. i actually think the Step 360 could sub for the wave for cardio. I'll have to give that a try soon.
