But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand."

From YT- Eoin Finn Blissology Yoga- 40 minute Ocean Inspired Movement Practice

I really needed this after yesterday's Barlates workout. Linda's workouts are deceptively hard! I was so sore this morning! This was recommended by someone here at VF and I saved the workout a while ago, but this is the first time I've done it. I don't do yoga as often as I should and although I felt great after doing this flow, this instructor is a bit cheesy for me. I normally reach for more athletic type yoga...I just can't get into the "drink in the nectar of the stars" talk.

Linda's workouts are so challenging. When I've been away from Barre workouts for a while, she's not the first person I reach for! I was doing (what I thought was a simple) Jessica Smith Barre workout and I think I pulled something. It might have been because I wasn't sufficiently warmed up.

Eion has some flowery speak, for sure. I like my yoga for athletic or relaxing/stress relief than the spiritual mumbo jumbo.

I haven't done a Linda workout in a while (besides 10 minute add-ons after another workout), and discovered her Low-High Series on YT. I really like the 2 workouts I've done from this set. I felt worked when I did them, but the next day, wow, I REALLY felt them! Yes, it is important to be warmed up or even simple moves you've done a million times can cause injury!

I'm sure Eion's flowery speak inspires some, but for me it just made me laugh!
