I've actually lost about 5 more pounds since then...
Congratulations to all of you. Really inspiring.

Beth, I noticed that your alignment(posture) was particularly good in your after pictures. Did the workout have components that presumably helped with that?

Susan, I noticed that too! I had thought that yoga had made me more aware of my posture, but obviously, I wasn't thinking about that in the "before" pictures. The SE program uses a fitness roller, a device that is often used in physical therapy, so I do think that provided a posture boost, especially in the "Sleek" (yoga-based stretching) workout--several members of the test group mentioned that their back pain went away with this program.

I said it earlier in this thread, but I just have to reiterate, you ladies are truly inspirational! Good job all of you! Isn't it wonderful to have a place where there are so many great examples of hard work and dedication?

I can't post any befores, because I haven't battled weight, but one thing I do battle is advancing age. I just celebrated birthday number 49!

Here's a recent picture that DH took of me in Vegas!

ME at 49

Your "after" alignment, with the spine naturally curved and head well supported, is the model for any body work. Sounds like SE offers some valuable stuff.
