...and you should be very inspiring to me. However, I'm been very stubborn lately. I'm having trouble shaking my laziness from last summer when I was sick a lot and nursing my knee. So.....anyway.....I have before pictures (taken in May 05), but no afters. Now I am wondering when/if my 'afters' will ever get taken.

But---hats off you strong women. I guess I'll tag along eventually, but don't hold your breath while I try to catch up!

You know, I thought it would NEVER happen for me. At first I had to just do it. Just make myself do it. I started with 30 min a day and worked up from there. Quickly the "mental benefits" were enough to keep me motivated. Then it started to finally show and that was a big motivator. Eventually it got so I "looked forward to" exercising.

You can do it. I promise you, if I can, anyone can. I am hypothyroid and fighting depression and a single parent, so there's plenty of my past excuses. LOL!

YOU CAN DO IT!
