My thirty minute add ons to the Slim Series tapes mostly consisted of rebounding (using the Urban Rebound videos), Kathy Smith's Rules of Fat Burning and sometimes the basic Tae Bo tapes.

I did the Slim Series straight for two weeks and then switched to doing one every other day, still adding on short 20-30 minutes of cardio. In between doing the Slim Series, I'd do a Tae Bo advanced tape, step or occasionally a 60 minute Leslie Samsome tape.

Like I said, I did get really great results. I found this is a really good way to train for my bodytype. I still do switch things around. I'll have rotations where I lift heavier, etc because muscle confusion is good and it prevents bordom but for the foreseeable future, most of my workouts will consist of this type of training.

Thanks so much to everyone who contributed to this thread. I really got some great and useful information on the series. I think i will finish what I"m currently doing and look to acquire these tapes for heavier rotation in the coming fall months.

Anyone from Canada that has found these at a great price. I was waiting for them to come to the shopping channel but haven't seen them yet.

thanks again
K
