I was just going to post pretzels, but burritos caught my eye.

I actually had my best rear end when I was doing almost exclusively Jari Love, with increasingly heavy weights. Mostly her older ones that had little to no cardio. I think it was all the deadlifts.

Not quite there, but I think the best butt results are obtained with heavy hip thrusts, glute bridges with heavy weights, and some banded work. I like bodyweight work a lot, too, but I am not sure how much of a contribution it has.
Muscle is harder to build as we age, not easier, so progressive increase in resistance is going to be even more necessary to get results.

Kettlebell swings gave my pancake butt some shape. I can't do kettlebells anymore, so I like weighted glute lifts.

Good to know. I think I’m starting this rotation in August

I felt I had a slow leak. I got the Arena Booty Bands - similar to what Cathe is selling - and these perked me right up. This comes with a booklet, you get a free video, and you can get the Arena app and ebooks with the exercises.

I'm happy Cathe is putting out a video using the booty and body bands. Right now I do random workouts using the bands that don't bother my knees

Well, if there is a check-in for "El Burrito Express 2" please sign me in! It sounds doable to me

What Booty Band does everyone recommend??? I checked out the Arena Bands but I see several others that are more in my current price range. Most I see come in sets of 3, do you tend to use only one of them or do you use all 3 resistance levels?

Thanks!

In my experience the brand doesn't matter much but some sets don't actually have more resistance, the circumference of the band just gets bigger rather than actual increasingly or decreasingly strong band.. I don't like those ones, the lowest "resistance" one falls down my body. Look for a set that uses the same circumference band on all 3.
