Your thoughts on Cathe's Perfect Flow

Hi, would anyone like to share their thoughts on the dvd?

Believe it or not I have never done a Cathe dvd

The talk about her new dvds has me interested also.

I will also look up the reviews, but thank you for any input?

I wish I could buy this as a seperate download and not a bundle.

I can't offer any thoughts on the routine, but it is available as a lone purchase.

$20 is a bit pricey, IMHO, for one download.
I've never bought her downloads, but I believe she has coupon codes that will discount the price of her digital offerings when more than one is purchased if you are interested in some of her other workouts. (I think her Cathe Live downloads will count towards the quantity
discount, as well, if any of those has ever caught your eye.)

I didn't like it because both the mobility and flow were more of a workout than I wanted. I guess I am spoiled with Essentrics.

I really like the mobility workout but I did find it hard on my wrists. I have to pause a few times to stretch and rotate them in order to complete the workout.

I've done the yoga one only once and it isn't easy - doable but not easy, at least for me.

I agree! I turned the "Flow" yoga routine off after 5 minutes. It got my heart rate up. I wasn't expecting that. I was looking for a relaxing, slow routine.

I can tolerate the "Mobility" routine and I modify it in places that are somewhat awkward feeling. It's at a slower pace for an ok stretch. Not the best, but definitely an improvement over Stretch Max in my opinion. Also, it was rather boring and I kept looking at the clock. lol

I thought her Perfect Flow yoga was just ok but for yoga, I usually opt for Travis, Lauren or Erin (Five Parks Yoga) so that wasn't a surprise there. However, I LOVE her Mobility workout! I do it every week at least once. I think it's been helping me stay mobile and flexible since I am having hand/wrist issues and currently can't do many down dogs and poses with my weight on my hands. There are a few exercises in DD position in Mobility but nothing that can't be modified. I'm embarrassed to say I haven't even tried the Core Bonus on that dvd yet.

What timing, I just looked at this DVD yesterday.

Seems Cathe moves along in the Yoga segment which probably be in my advantage. I tend to lose patience with the long holds in various yoga routines.

Thank you everyone, I too am spoiled by CS and I am not a yoga fan, but the mobility part looks good in a challenging way.

For those of you who have Perfect Flow or the mobility w/o:

Cathe uses a gigantic 6 foot diameter mat for both of these. That would be great, but it simply won't fit my space.

Is this huge mat necessary? Or would I just need to shift the mat if needed?

I'm especially interested in the mobility w/o.

Thanks!
