Thumbs up Relaxing Paul Eugene Stretch & Balance Workout

I did this the other day and found it enjoyable & relaxing.

*Stretching Balance Exercise Workout | Mind Body Soul | 46 Minutes*

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRNnyIwk4GE

There was a "Christmas Workouts" thread that mentioned Paul Eugene. I did a few of his workouts and enjoyed them. Some of his workouts have my all time favorite music - Old School/Funk/R&B.

I can't do all of his workouts as the choreography gets a bit complicated for me. The only con is that the music in many of his videos is kind of tinny sounding. I'm not sure what is wrong with his audio set-up?

I was feeling kind of smug that I had found a good instructor that is older than I, But, NO, he is only 64!

His chair workouts are really fun! They maintained my sanity when I had a foot injury and couldn't walk.

I haven't tried any of Paul's chair workouts. I'll check them out.
