I would say this one too although it's hard for me to think of it as old! I was going to say Cher's Hot Dance but I guess "regularly" is a stretch.

Great thread!

I have done Margaret Richard's Getting Better (1996) hundreds of times. I do it regularly, at least once a week. Yup, I'm sick of it and sometimes change things up or substitute different exercises.

It is the perfect workout where you can kill yourself mostly lying on the floor.

Raquel Welch Total Beauty and Fitness (the Bikram yoga one). I know it’s on YouTube for free but I always pull out my original VHS copy

I think it must be Lyle Alzado's No Sweat (as a rebounding work out), the Cher workout (stepping with Keli Roberts) and the Firm volumes 1-3. I also pull out Cory Everson's weight workouts infrequently.

I like to do "all vintage" rotations from time to time and I keep a box of some fairly funky/unique vhs for that party

I love this one!! I have kept all my Christi's. I am convinced we will never have workouts like this again. Good music and fun cardio routines. They are a rarity these days. I do not understand why instructors can not add a little choreography to drill/HiiT work. It's not hard to do, but yet, rarely done. So I do.

I love Christi's Still Jumpin' too...I really should pull that one out again.

Yvette Bachman does a great job of adding choreography to HiiT work...not real dancy type moves, more athletic moves but that's why I LOVE her! And she usually uses great music. She includes the step and Bosu for the routines and is fantastic for unique fun while keeping up my HR. I wish Cathe would steal some of her moves!!
