Jenny Ford Roku Channel

I just discovered today that Jenny Ford has a Roku channel called Freedom Fit.

All you have to do is install it and then you can use the workouts she has on there for free. She doesn’t have all of her workouts on there, but there are several, including Step Across America and March Across America. I thought I would share in case others didn’t know about it. Pretty cool that she did this!

Jenny's workouts are great for restarting exercise. I also enjoy her workouts for longer steady state cardio. She has such a kind demeanor.

Yes, I restarted exercise this week with her Step Hero program on Amazon Prime. There are six different workouts that teach stepping and they are perfect for me right now. She seems like such a sweet lady.
