Yay! It's funny what that little extra effort does! It was a happy package!

Please let us know your thoughts.

I was debating about ordering but the price I thought was a bit high for two - 40ish minute workouts, unless I misread and there are more. But i sounded like one workout of each that can be broken down in to segments.

Never was interested in Misty dance workouts but these look so good t ordered. Got a shipping notice. For whatever reason the clips made me smile. They also reminded me of Michelle LeMay too. My cat loved Michelle too. It was the only workout he would come and sit on my mat with me. When it was over he would leave.

They do look interesting. Does anyone know if you can buy these as downloads? It’s cross border shipping that costs $$$ for me.

I think they stopped selling downloads to push their streaming subscriptions. You may try writing their customer service to ask and explain about international shipping rates and how you use downloads while frequently traveling. Their customer service is very responsive.

You're right, but they appear to be an hour+. According to the back of the case, the yoga DVD has 4 sections (15, 15, 13, and 16 minutes). The Pilates DVD has 6 sections, with the last being the cool down (17, 7, 12, 12, 12, and 14 minutes).

Last night, I was feeling creaky, so before bed I did the first yoga segment. It starts sitting cross legged with breathing, then swaying, then side stretches. Then cat/cow with flowing movements. Then standing fold. I can't remember all of it, but it was nice to get into my achy lower back/hip area. My swaying didn't look as good as Misty, and I am more reserved because I have a history of hurting myself, lol, but it was nice. Different but not too kooky, iykwim.

I really need to stop buying new workouts. These were not what I expected, even though the clips looked good. I expected some nice, stretchy, flowy movements. The Pilates workouts were all more calisthenics and I Joni-O’d each yoga as soon as she did a downward dog. And I wasn’t a fan of “Do whatever movements you feel like doing.” I don’t need to pay for a DVD and then do my own thing. Hey, this is just me. These are not for me, but I’m sure they’re great for lot of others.
