This thread inspired me yesterday to try a new-to-me Pink Firm, Cardio Overdrive. I liked it, but one of the cardio segments was a little repetitive (the one that starts with reverse V-steps and calf pumps). Alison was very pleasant and cued well (I like when she says "dig in"), and some of the music was good (I like the song that has Salt-n-Pepa's "Push It" riff). My heart rate was probably in the low to mid range of my target zone (60 to 70%), and I had a nice (but not heavy) sweat going. I felt great afterwards, and finished by doing Zip Trainer Barefoot Abs.

Based on Hilary's recommendation, I ordered Get Chisel'd.

Get Chisel'd is a favorite around here -- I'm guessing you'll like it. Enjoy!
