It's been awhile since I've done them, but my favorite Pink Firms are below:
  • 500 Calorie Workout
  • Pump, Jump, & Jab
  • Get Chiseled

The FIRM studio is now called The Flex. Since I only ever did FIRM workouts, I'm so grateful that Emily and the others are making the BeMax workouts for us now. I'm really enjoying them.

Honestly, I haven't clicked with most of the Pink Firms (prefer the BBH era and some BSS), but I really, really like Hi Def Sculpt and Total Body Toner. Get Chisel'd is good too but I didn't keep that one.

For me there was too much going on at once, too many moves. Even if TBT I have been known to just leave an option out to keep it simpler for me.

The "Death" box is the worst piece of equipment that I have ever used. I recall standing on it once and one of the legs collapsed under me, I suppose I didn't have it in place right but still. I landed on my feet at least. As soon as I got the Transfirmer that thing went straight to the trash.

I have been a Firm fan for over 20 years, it's weird to know there won't be any new ones ever again.

Same here. I've been a Firmie forever - off and on. Two years ago I started doing my Firms again almost exclusively (with a few Jessica and Ellen) and it's really kept me working out consistently (5-6 days a week). I just can't get into the Pink Firms, though, or the Classics. I do mostly BSS1 and 2 and a smattering of others. I'll start giving my Pink Firms another shot. I do take my pink dumbbells with me when I travel.

Lol! This is so true! I started working out with video tapes in 1996. I discovered a small Collage ad in the back of Shape magazine, ordered a catalog and the rest is history. My first Firms was the BSS1 set, and I went from there. When the Pink Firms came out I remember feeling a bit dissapointed that they were different. No step, they seemed easier. However, I am now 53 and I appreciate them much more now than I used to! My favorites are Cardio Overdrive, and Hard Core Fusion. Another favorite is Total Body Toner. I like most of them!

I do them all: from FIRM Volume 1 that came out in 1986 to BeMax Power Flow that just came out this month.

I found one of the "death boxes" at a yard sale for $5 before I found the TransFIRMer a year later. Thankfully, the legs didn't collapse on mine (but I was nervous when I used it for the first time--with Aerobic Body Shaping). I only use the DB in the 6 inch (for my Cathe step workouts) and incline configurations.
