I just got an email from Fitness Favorites about this DVD set. It's not an exercise DVD but I thought it might interest both present and past Firm Lovers. Here's the email.

FIRMology- a comprehensive 2 DVD set-is everything related to The 'classic' FIRM! In this set, we have compiled '20 Questions', 'Form Points' and clips of 'actual science testing',interviews with 'Anna and Cynthia Benson' and other information found in Anna's files, to help you understand The 'classic' FIRM workout journey. This is a labor of love for me after discovering clips in Anna's files.

The cost is $10.00 which includes shipping and handling, for pre-order for FIRMology in check or money order.

Although, it's weird that a few weeks' back, I got a "Firmology is almost done, stay tuned" email, but didn't get the one above.

Thanks for posting it here, Lannette. I'm looking forward to having 20Qs on dvd at last! I had Form Points on vhs (and on a GoodTimes dvd of Parts) and it will be fun to have everything in One place.

I have 2 Firm journals. I bought one and could not bare to use it, so I bought another one! I just treasure it as a part of my history.
