Kcm-metabolic workouts

Good Morning
I don't mean to hi jack this thread but I wondering in your opinion which KCM'S do you consider metabolic?

Maybe alternating the metabolic workouts with some sort of combination of barre, steady state cardio, or a total body endurance weight workout instead (???)
If burnout is a concern, I'd advocate for an additional rest day, rather than the workouts suggested. That would be counterproductive (added stress with no benefit).

I would assume that Plateau Buster would be? I'd be interested in answers to this question, too.

Well....I am fine with this, as I love weight lifting....and don't like plain cardio....so once I'm done with my rotation I'm on, I'll give this a try, but can we please name some Metabolic Workouts Here?:

Thanks in advance.
Thanks for this, I am thinking of starting next week. I keep going back and forth on what to do and this sounds like a plan. Don't think I can do 8 days but maybe something like this:
M,T,Th,F - metabolic training
W - heavy lower body
Sat/Sun - rest or whatever I feel like (cardio/yoga)

Writing down all the workouts suggested. I didn't see the post at Cathe tried finding it.

does anyone know if there is a checkin for metabolic workouts?

Kcm

Add on the premix from 30MTF Stepboxing Weights+Kickboxing (42 min.)

Also Slim Sculpting (tabata like)... probably Circuit Burn, Home Gym Intervals... lots of her workouts (or premixes) are relatively metabolic.

So then would any of the Firms workouts be considered? Is it just weight and cardio...or what exactly makes it metabolic?

What about Jillian workouts or JNL?
