Similar to Delta Fit?
I apologize if this has been asked before, but I did search and didn't see it. I loved Delta Fit!! I was hoping he would do another set. I am now looking at the Men's Health 60 day transformation, the Spartacus workouts, anarchy and the workout battle. Can anyone tell me which of these might be similar to delta fit? For reference, I really like the first two disks of delta fit. They are mostly strength but rapid strength so there is some cardio effect. I am open to other workouts as well!!

Obviously anything else B.J. Gaddour, including his recent Bodyweight Torchers and his own Heartrate Hotel series.

I wrote reviews of his Bodyweight DVDs that you can take a look at. I think they're excellent.
I thought the MH60 was definitely easier than Deltafit. I also have a review of MH60 in the review section. |

Body Battle, a set he did with David Jack, just came or a few weeks ago. That satisfies your love for BJ and will also introduce you to David Jack's style. He's the lead in the Spartacus workouts and MH60.
