Which do you like better, MH60 or the Spartacus workout? I just purchased The Anarchy Workout from Men's Health and haven't done that one yet, still working thru Brett Hoebel 20 day one.

Ugh! Just caved and bought Body Battle, Anarchy and MH60!

For those of you with Spartacus, do you own all of the dvds (i think there are 4) or just some of them? I definitely won't be caving on those anytime soon but preparing in case it is necessary!

There are 7 Spartacus workouts:
Ab Attack (41 min)
Sweat Storm (21 min)
Triple Set Scorchers (30 min)
Total Body Blitz (35 min)
BodyWeight Revolution (35 min)
Belly Crusher (21 min)
Gladiator Gauntlet (21 min)

You can find most of these uploaded on Youtube. Just search Spartacus Workouts. I can't link it here and it's not my upload. I have the dvds, I just found them on Youtube.

Welcome to the club! I own pretty much every Men's Health DVD, including all the Spartacus workouts (one workout is a 2 disc set, so there are 5 total discs). I wrote reviews for most of them which you can find in the reviews section. I'm a huge fan of the workouts, and right now you've go enough to keep you busy for a while. Keep them on your radar!

I love the MH60 because it appears to be the big brother of Spartacus. Plus you get more workout for your $$$. Both programs MH60 & Spartacus are great but if you only needed one, I'd go with MH60 because you get 3 discs and a bonus workouts Free Flow Mobility.

Disc 1: 3 workouts (Fat Frying Fury, Total Body Typhoon, Cooldown 1)
Disc 2: 4 workouts (50:10 Mayhem, Crush & Burn, Insane Isometrics, Cooldown 2)
Disc 3: 4 workouts (Cyclone Circuits, Sixty Second Scorchers, Diabolical Duos, Cooldown 3)
Disc 4: Free Flow Mobility (20 mins)

All workouts are 30 minutes and each of the cooldowns are different.

Money well spent in my opinion. Spartacus is 5 workouts no cooldowns.

MH60 50:10 Mayhem

This is a review of MH60 "50:10 Mayhem" This workouts is one from Phase 2 of the 60 Day Transformation.

Warmup
5 moves for mobility
*3 step march with arm movements
*bird dog crunch
*side plank with rotation
*curl up
*3 way heel tap

Round 1 (2 moves) Done 3 times and in between each "round" you get a 60 sec rest
a. DB sumo squat
b. DB floor press
Each round gets progressively harder

Round 2 (2 moves) done 3 times and in between each "round" you get a 60 sec. rest
a. DB goblet monster squat
b. single side arm fly
Each round gets progressively harder

**Last 7 or so minutes
Read & React
60 sec of work each move
1. lateral 3 step
2. speed skip
(2 rounds)
3. squat thrust
4. skater hop
(2 rounds)
THEN
put all 4 moves together 2 x

It seems a bit chaotic with David calling out the numbers for the backgrounders to do, but I just figure it's done in fun...just keep moving.

Lesia... Your killing me. Now I want this. I'm doing Beast now so when I'm done I just might bite. Isn't it amazing the workouts we have available to us now? blows my mind.
