It's not a work-along video, but thought it would be helpful for those who want to incorporate their foam roller more into their workouts. It automatically leads to another video by the same instructor for glute exercises with a foam roller. (Then another video about doms from Yahoo Health, then other videos... Don't know how long it goes on. I stopped after the 3rd.)
