Makes you wonder what would happen if you put in a fake name and address (I guess you would have to give an e-mail though?)

This is the kind of thing I'd report to the BBB. Somehow they have a A+ rating there , though the BBB does warn of this practice of shipping without an actual sale.

This is what Rodale is playing. After getting a confirmation cancel# and a promise that my order was cancelled she had the nerve to tell me today that "she forgot to cancel". What sort of business these people are running? Mind-boggling.

That kind of service is not worth the hassle. I'll stick with MMM and the BJ Gaddour workouts that I have.

Well, I've just reviewed the DVDs. They seem boooooring. I so wanted to like them after all this hassle. Any other opinion?

macska this looks like you don't click with this trainer, David Jack so far he's 2 out of 2 with you This on the face looks like it would be a athletic, challenging, and fun workout. Once you've done one of these please come back and give us your opinion Thanks

Maybe it is different when you do it as opposed to just watch it, hehe.

This looks interesting. I'm going to try the 21 day free "trial" that doesn't require any cc info. I was hesitant to put in my cc info after the other posts talked about some discrepancies. If I like it, they'll be getting a money order from me or a prepaid card. LOL

Same here. I think the instructor is fine however the workouts aren't what I needed or expected. It's more like weight lifting for the first 20 minutes (with some cardio effect) and the last 5 minutes dedicated to cardio. I was expecting a more HIIT-style cardio for at least 20 minutes. Looks like I'll be shipping these back.
