Daily dozen as listed in the book. They rec 12-20 reps of each exercise, and complete the circuit 3x.
--Crunches
--Push-ups
--Squats
--Dips
--One-armed lat row
--overhead press
--upright row
--biceps curls
--french press
--seated double-arm row
--calf raise
--leg press (step up on tall box...I sub lunges for these cuz trying to cut dread factor)
Oh--and the only advice I remember from reading the book has something to do with black underwear. LOL
