Well, I took the plunge and ordered it just now Partially thanks to tigerbaby's link, and also keilan00 letting me know that amazon had it (I'm a prime member, so I'll have it on Wednesday). The price is a bit steep, but I figured it definitely costs less than Botox, LOL...also than a facial, or a visit to a sinus specialist. In addition to the dreaded 11 lines, I also have lots of low-level sinus congestion going on most of the time. I get occasional tension headaches, and once in a while my jaw does some TMJ-ish stuff (though I've never been formally diagnosed).

I will be sure to report back here once I've had a chance to try it.

I have the kit and like it, but don't use it enough because it's so long. When I was using it weekly I found it helpful in reducing my migraine headaches. I really need to start using it again.

ETA: After you are familiar with the routine, you can just do the chapter that is the second side twice (switching sides the second time through) and reduce the total time from about 70 min. to 45 min.

Thanks, Diana! I actually did use for frownies for a few years (somewhere back around 38 or 39, when the line suddenly cropped up). My forehead would look much better in the morning, but I found by the end of the day it looked just as bad (even after religiously wearing them every night for months). I think the problem is that a) it is hereditary - all the females on my mom's side end up with them, and b) I tend to hold tension there and furrow that area on and off all day (like when concentrating on a work project, to see something at a distance when I should put on my glasses, when I step out in the bright sun without sunglasses). So maybe Yamuna won't change my patterns either, but I'd love to give it a try (plus I like the other benefits touted). I guess everyone has their facial aging pattern. At 44.5 (and after sunning my way through my teens and early 20s), aside from the 11 I have lines or wrinkles to speak of. I can't really even see any crows feet.

But I do think Frownies are great to try for those with less ingrained patterns than mine. I may even try them again one day. Since I work from home maybe I could wear them a few hours during the day and see if it helps a little more.

I could've written your entire post! This describes me exactly and yes, I did try Frownies also. I found they worked really well but within a few hours the deep lines were back. I just hold too much tension in my face and furrow my brow for the very same reasons you do.

And at 41, I'm getting really worried what those "11" lines will look like as the years go by.

To those who've ordered the Yamuna face rolling kit, how do you think it would compare to a jade face roller such as:

http://www.amazon.com/Massager-Rolle...3209945&sr=8-1

http://www.yuroll.com/

It seems to me that both would offer massage benefits and lymph assistance. Just wondering since the jade face roller costs approximately $45 cheaper than the Yamuna face rolling kit.

Thanks in advance!

I don't have the Face Kit yet but I think it serves a different purpose than the jade rollers. I believe the jade rollers only offer surface lymphatic massage and drainage. I think the gentle yet firm balls in the Face Kit allow you to apply enough pressure to work out knots and manipulate fascia into proper alignment. If you tried to apply the same pressure with the jade roller, I would expect injury.

I just place an order for the Face Kit the Save Your Hands and Wrists Kit. I should have them in a week.
