I still use my Tae Bo lives regularly--a few times a week. I'll do the Buns of Steel tape once a year for fun.

I still do old FIRMs from all eras on VHS, still have the original Jane Fonda WO on VHS (though that thing is probably worn so thin it's about ready to snap!), and this ridiculous but still fun and effective Denise Austin thing from the late '80s. Anything old school that I didn't still like and didn't think was effective, I sold off to a used bookstore a few years back. But boy, I used to have some REALLY silly stuff back in the day, some of which was my mom's that she gave me when I moved off to college. The most ridiculous thing I had that I wish I still did just for the cheese factor was Mary Hart's workout. Yes, seriously, Mary Hart had a workout video, and it was SO DUMB! I do remember thinking the stretch segment at the end was pretty good, but she wore the most awful outfit and had the most fake smile plastered on her face the whole time!

Hee hee! It's pretty cheesetastic, isn't it? Gosh, I got rid of that thing probably around 1998 or so, so I'm having trouble remembering specific details, but I do recall the outfits being very matchy and Barbie-like. Her hair seemed completely immobile!

When I think of bad workout outfits - I think of Cher's step video. :P That was actually a good video and the leg section KILLED me at the time. But man, her step outfit bordered on the risque...

Same here. I tried doing it awhile back and didn't think it was hard at all!

I still do Gin Miller's Aero Step, Kelli Roberts' Real Fitness Step, Kathy Smith's Step Workout. I even still have some Candace Copeland step workouts. Anyone remember her?

Instead of "Shape up, it's fun and easy" the lyrics should be "Shape up, it's really cheesy".

That was funny!

I have Candice Copeland's Step and Low-I use my old vhs alot.
I actually have a Kathie Lee that is pretty fun! no kidding.
My favorites are:
Cher-and Keli step
Kari and Linda Evans- low impact with Yanni music Love!!!
Karen Voight -and Elle- Personal Best -on dvd in some parts of the world
An old weight watchers that has Chalean as a background exerciser-great low impact and cracks me up
The Elle stretch and strengthen from Sports Illustrated is still in rotation
The old Firm Prime Powers and Firm Basics-never giving these up either!

I've been doing some older workouts lately. I've been enjoying my favorite Jane Fonda workouts the last few weeks (Low Impact, Fat Burners, the two Step workouts, and my all-time favorite--Lean Routine.)

And, I'm always mixing in my Tae Bo Basics and It Figures VHS.

I really need to get out Cher and Keli too. I love Cher's step workout.
