 ), it sure shows off her buns of steel. YOWZA !!!Love those Jane Fonda outfits. I had so many pairs of legwarmers! Love that guy in the back that has on the grey tights and little blue shorts

This thread inspired me to buy Jane Fonda's original workout...I googled it and found it's on DVD...19.99 from www.classicworkouts.com. I had the book, have the album, and gotta have the DVD, lol! It's what got me started on my fitness journey wayyy back when!

I was just about to post a link to this. Tamilee looks good.
I clicked on the link they had at the bottom of Jane Fonda's and it lead me to Self's Workout Builder. This looks like Cathe's "patent pending" workout Blender. I thought Cathe had the patent on this? Looks like Self had it first. http://www.self.com/fitness/2010/05/...id=synd_yshine

I can't remember which workout its in the beginner or advanced. ROF! I remember noticing that one time when I was watching the tape and thought to myself...for a video at least wear tights that aren't torn. LOL! Yikes! |

I spit out my drink when Tamilee said to sqeeze your buns like you''ve got a valuable coin there and you've got to hold on to it. I hope there's room for that coin with that thong there. Thong leotards, and all leotards in general are one thing I DON'T miss about 80's workouts. I used to have a lot of fun in aerobics class, though. When I saw clips of TA's workouts, the first thing I thought was "They look just like my aerobics classes from the 80s, donkey kicks and all.

Yes, its much more real and how she looks. Those pics for the dvd's are so overdone. Her covers were never over the top in the 80's/90's. They should rethink the covers for her new dvd's...they are fake looking and they look way too bring in color as well.
