Congratulations on the results and making it through the entire rotation.
I've done mostly firms while in school and have had nice results. I alternated them with yoga. It was not a strict firm rotation because there were times when I had just about 20 minutes so I had to do something else.
I would love to try the 90 day rotation. What happens to me is that even though I get nice results with the firm, I start to miss my Cathe's and other workouts.
