I got it last week as well and did the kickbox segment and the toning segment yesterday. What a great video! I felt so good afterward. The segments are only about 15-17 minutes long and go by very quickly. Chris cues extremely well, and I like it that she tells you how many more reps you'll be doing and says stuff like, "I'll give you a break after this, I promise!"
The toning segment includes compound moves and my knees experienced a flare up last week but the moves did not feel painful (I went a little shallower in the squats than normal to compensate). I also previewed the abs and the quickblast segment, I would have done these as well if I didn't have to get on the move out of the house. I recommend this video highly!
Also want to add that some were wondering if Jessica Smith was one of the background exercisers, it sure looks like she is to me. Someone correct me if I am wrong
