Peggy Cappy's Yoga for the Rest of Us is a good one. She shows several levels of modification including one person sitting in a chair.

There's a show on PBS i've caughta few times called 'sit and be fit' and I've seen her doing seated stretches on there..not sure if she has and dvds out though.
tamilee webb has that 2 dvd stretch set and one of the 10 min ones is seated but not yoga. Otherwise the only 2 modifid ones I know of are peggy cappy's? someone mentioned and maybe yoga for inflexible people(though they're pretty much on the floor in this one). LIllias is pretty gentle in soem of hers but again on the floor..
