i found a used copy of MH60 on Amazon for around $6 shipped! Amazon reviews for MA40 mentioned having done MH60 and liking it enough to motivate them to purchase MA40, and also liking it. MH60 seems to just use dumbbells. i really would like MA40 since it uses bands, so i will be on the lookout for it.
