I did this one last night - wow, it is a lot tougher than it looks. I think it would appeal to a wide range of exercisers as you can make it advanced as you want by upping your weights or you can take it down a notch by following the beginner mods and/or using lighter weights. I like that Jenny's weight workouts are so straightforward.

Cher - I did her 30 day challenge back when it was first released (2016). It was a good one - good old fashioned step and strength!!
I think I may give her 28 Day Challenge a go, I am doing the Essentrics 28 day challenge and this looks like it would fit in well with that. Donna |
