I forgot to mention that if you have bubbles and you are re-gluing your mat back down, you can use a blowdryer set on high to warm the rubber mat so it flattens out better and adheres to plastic topper surface.

I love the suggestion of weighing it down with magazines & books while it drys, I didn't think of that
