Good lord, cause a woman enjoys lifting heavy now she's "heavier than she needs to be"

Well, maybe she doesn't WANT to be super thin. Maybe she WANTS to be as strong as she can be. Maybe she WANTS to be able to deadlift 300lbs or more.
Maybe she wants to have all that muscle and all that strength. Maybe she thinks looking like a Crossfitting woman like Annie Thorsendoiter beats looking like some rail thin yoga instructor.

Maybe we should just do what makes us HAPPY with our workouts.

Mine are fine! But I am a medium framed mesomorph. And my family genetics are good with bone density.

Yes, I agree it good to have choice with exercise.

I pretty much agree. My belief, and what has worked for me in my older age, is smaller portions, circuit training and walks.
