It is broken down you can do a section at a time. I have never done the full workout, I usually hit the hips or some part of the leg.

Feels good when I do it, not sure why I don't do more rolling more often.

Yes, it is broken into sections. I usually just do the lower body and back. I find the slow pace really relaxing. Foam rolling and then stretching the body parts work well for me.
